Calgary, Alberta, April 10, 2015 - Imaging Dynamics Company, Ltd. ("IDC" or the "Company") (TSX Venture: "IDL") is pleased to announce the appointment of MNP LLP as Auditors of the Company, following the resignation of Grant Thornton LLP, the predecessor auditors. There were no reservations in Grant Thornton's reports for the two most recently completed fiscal years and there have been no reportable events (as such term is defined in National Instrument 51-102 - Continuous Disclosure Obligations) between the Company and Grant Thornton LLP.


The Company also announces that Mr. Qiang Jin Liu is no longer a director of IDC following his resignation from the Board to focus on other activities.  Mr. Sidong Huang, Chief Executive Officer, on behalf of the Board of Directors, wishes to thank Mr. Liu for his dedication and past service as a director of the Company.
