Calgary, Alberta – Feb 15, 2018 - Imaging Dynamics Company, Ltd. ("IDC" or the "Company") (TSX Venture: "IDL") is pleased to announce today that its board of directors (the “Board”) has approved a change of the Company’s auditor and the appointment of BDO Canada LLP as the Auditor of the Company.

 

Mr. Yucheng Zhou, IDC Chairman and CEO, commented, “We would like to thank MNP for all their dedication, work, and expertise over the past few years. Given our focus on launching new products and marketing in our traditional markets and in China and Asia, and our desire to maximize our available financial resources, we are pleased to announce that BDO Canada LLP will be a part of the next stage of IDC’s development.”

 

There were no reservations in MNP's (Former Auditor) reports for the two most recently completed fiscal years and ending at the date of the change of Auditor, and there have been no reportable events (as such term is defined in National Instrument 51-102 -Continuous Disclosure Obligations) between the Company and MNP.

 

The Company also announces that Mr. Steve Delaney is no longer a director of IDC following his resignation from the Board to focus on other activities. Mr. Yucheng Zhou, Chief Executive Officer, on behalf of the Board of Directors, wishes to thank Mr. Steve Delaney for his dedication and past service as a director of the company.
