Shameze Rampertab

Mr. Rampertab is a seasoned business finance leader in the healthcare sector with depth of experience in capital markets, finance, strategic planning and analysis. Mr. Rampertab was elected as the new Board Chairman for IDC in September 2011, he had been in the role of Director on the IDC Board since May 2011.

Mr. Rampertab is currently the Vice President Finance & Chief Financial Officer for Intellipharmaceutics International Inc. (NASDAQ:IPCI; TSX:I) based in Toronto, Canada. Prior to this, he spent 14 years in capital markets serving the life sciences sector.

Swapan Kakumanu

Mr. Kakumanu is a Chartered Accountant and Management Accountant from India and also holds a Certified General Accountant designation from Canada.  He has over 15 years of experience at senior management levels both with public and private companies in Canada, the Middle East and India.

Erwin Schwarz

Director, IDC
Director, Diagnostic Imaging Services, OHSU

Mr. Schwarz has worked in Radiology Administration for over 20 years in facilities in California and Oregon and is currently the Director of Diagnostic Imaging Services at Oregon Health and Science University, in Portland, Oregon. He received his Radiology Technology training at the Daniel Freeman Medical Center in Inglewood, California and was certified with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.

Garry Zurowski, B. Comm, CA

Director, IDC

Mr. Zurowski is a retired partner of Collins Barrow Calgary LLP, Chartered Accountants, with experience in private and public companies including manufacturing, and property developers.  His expertise is in auditing, planning, management advice and other areas offered by public accounting firms. Mr. Zurowski has been a director of Global Railway Industries Ltd. since December 2005.

John Cooper

Mr. Cooper has over 20 years of public company experience in operations and management as the past President of Superior Propane (TSX:SPF) and formerly the President & CEO of EnerMAX Services (NYSE:WMI). Mr. Cooper joined Savanna Energy Services (TSX:SVY) in July 2011 as the Chief Operation Officer and Vice President, Operations.  He brings expertise in business process and organizational structure to large, growing companies.
