Erwin Schwarz

Mr. Schwarz has worked in Radiology Administration for over 20 years in facilities in California and Oregon and is currently the Director of Diagnostic Imaging Services at Oregon Health and Science University, in Portland, Oregon. He received his Radiology Technology training at the Daniel Freeman Medical Center in Inglewood, California and was certified with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.

Richard Barno

Mr. Barno is president of Concord Corporation, a merger and acquisition advisory firm located in Boston, Massachusetts. His company is recognized as a leader in strategic development. Concord's portfolio includes work with Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft, IBM, Lotus Development and 3Com, along with Canadian based technology groups.

Garry Zurowski, B. Comm, CA

Director, IDC

Mr. Zurowski is a retired partner of Collins Barrow Calgary LLP, Chartered Accountants, with experience in private and public companies including manufacturing, and property developers.  His expertise is in auditing, planning, management advice and other areas offered by public accounting firms. Zurowski has been a director of Global Railway Industries Ltd. since December 2005.
